Read the independent reviewer鈥檚 second and final report published in January 2014.

Peter Bloxham was appointed to lead an independent review of the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations (SAR)聽2011. He reported to the Treasury on 7 February 2013 and his report was laid before Parliament on 23 April 2013.聽

His first report recommended further work to explore the issues he identified. This is currently underway, with him taking account of the recent developments in the area including co-ordinating closely with the FSA鈥檚 current review of its Client Assets Rulebook. We look forward to his second report being publishing in due course.
