The Scottish government finalised its policy on managing HAW in 2010. CoRWM researched and consulted the public throughout the policy鈥檚 development.

This paper explains CoRWM鈥檚 contribution to the policy and its responses to the various consultations. Comments that CoRWM made during the consultation process that aren鈥檛 reflected in the final policy are presented here.
