The Home Office responds to the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration鈥檚 (ICIBI) report titled 鈥楢n inspection of UK Visas and Immigration front end services鈥�.

UKVI鈥檚 鈥榝ront end services鈥� (FES) are intended to provide individuals wishing to submit a UK visa or citizenship application with a readily accessible, easy-to-use means of making their application.
