The Home Office responds to the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration鈥檚 (ICIBI) report titled 鈥楢n Inspection of the Home Office鈥檚 use of sanctions and penalties鈥�.

The department accepts or partially accepts both of the ICIBI鈥檚 recommendations.

Date of inspection: November 2019 to October 2020.
