Request by a company for information from a vehicle鈥檚 record (form V888/2B)

Companies who want to apply for information from DVLA鈥檚 records other than the name and address of the registered keeper of a vehicle on a specific date must use the V888/2B form.

Details

The V888/2B application form is for companies who want to apply for information from DVLA鈥檚 records including vehicle history, vehicle details, confirmation of a named individual, and so on. They will need to show 鈥榬easonable cause鈥� for why they need it. This means explaining why they want the information and how they will use it.
