The Subsidy Advice Unit (SAU) has published its report providing advice to Durham County Council concerning the proposed subsidy to The Auckland Project.
The report includes the SAU鈥檚 evaluation of Durham County Council鈥檚 assessment of compliance of the proposed subsidy with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
