The SAU has published its report prepared in response to a request from Warrington Borough Council concerning a proposed subsidy to Warrington鈥檚 Own Buses
The report includes the SAU鈥檚 evaluation of Warrington Borough Council鈥檚 assessment of compliance of its proposed subsidy with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
