Ofqual regulates statutory early years foundation stage profile and national curriculum assessments (some of which are often referred to as 鈥楽ATs鈥�), which together we refer to as 鈥榥ational assessments鈥�.

This document sets out our regulatory framework for national assessments. It does not apply to regulated qualifications and awarding organisations.
