Existing rail franchise:

  • operational performance figures
  • benchmarks

for each rail operator, also known as 鈥榚nforcement regimes鈥�, for periods from March 2016 to March 2017.

These regimes enable the Secretary of State to take action against the franchise if performance is worse than a specified level.

We will publish updated figures every 6 months.
