This report compares and analyses how people鈥檚 attitudes towards roads in England have changed between 2 different periods of research.

The 2 waves of quantitative research were conducted in June 2013 (wave 1) and September 2013 (wave 2).

Using the June results as a baseline, it has been possible to track changes in attitude between June and September.
