Regulation 13A of the 鈥楥onduct Regulations鈥 () introduces a requirement to provide a 鈥楰ey information document鈥 for agency workers.
The new regulation comes into effect from 6 April 2020. After this date all new agency workers must be given a 鈥楰ey information document鈥 before agreeing terms with an employment business.
This guidance is to help employment businesses comply with the regulations. It may also be useful for:
- hirers
- intermediary or umbrella companies in the recruitment supply chain
- agency workers
Employment businesses can download the blank 鈥楰ey information documents鈥 and adapt as necessary.
