This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) reminds in-scope organisations of the requirements to publish procurement information on Contracts Finder.聽

This PPN and associated guidance replaces PPN 09/21 and clarifies that the contract value limits have been raised to 拢12,000 for Central government Authorities and 拢30,000 for sub-central contracting authorities (reflecting that these figures are inclusive of VAT), as well as NHS Foundation Trusts being treated consistently with NHS Trusts and placed alongside as sub-central authorities for the purpose of the below threshold regime.
