The 2016 review considered the effects of the whole of the regulations. This is a wider remit than the which was limited to estimates of the costs and benefits of the amendments introduced.

The 2016 review identified areas where future changes could be beneficial to suit the needs of the rail industry.

The Regulatory Policy Committee鈥檚 green rating report for the review is also appended.
