Porcine meat model health certificates: version history

Applies to England, Scotland and Wales

Competent authorities in EU and non-EU countries must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

Published July 2024:

  • Part I Box I.28: 鈥楢pproval number of cutting plant鈥� amended to 鈥楢pproval number of cutting and/or Minced Meat Plant鈥�.聽
  • Attestation AW/001: renamed to AW/001A.聽

  • 鈥楻etained鈥� has been changed to 鈥楢ssimilated鈥� throughout the certificate.
