Guidance amended to reflect new price cap of 拢32,000 and grant rate of 拢1,500, and a separate rate for wheelchair accessible vehicles with a price cap of 拢35,000 and grant rate of 拢2,500. Additionally, guidance amended to reflect that to be eligible for this grant, all vehicles must now be fully zero emission at the tailpipe.
