If you live in a flood risk area, do what you can now to prepare for a flood. Don鈥檛 wait until it happens; you may not have time.
The personal flood plan includes a list of things you should do to prepare for a flood.
To find out if you are at risk, you can:聽
- check for flooding in the next 5 days聽
- sign up for flood warnings by phone, text or email聽
- check your long term flood risk from rivers, the sea, surface water, reservoirs and groundwater (where data is available)
