The data shows the proportion of employees awarded a performance rating in relation to:
- grade
- gender
- working pattern
- disability
- ethnicity
- religious belief
- sexual orientation
- age
- distribution by location
The performance year is from 1 April to 31 March. In the current performance management system employees are categorised as 鈥榯op鈥�, 鈥榤iddle鈥� and 鈥榣ower鈥�. Employees who were not awarded a performance rating have been omitted from this data.
