In May 2012, Pearson acquired EDI. Following the acquisition, Pearson provided an undertaking which explained the steps it would take to ensure compliance with the 鈥楪eneral Conditions of Recognition鈥� during the transitional period when it merged EDI鈥檚 business with its own.

In line with general condition B8, Pearson must now take all the steps identified in the undertaking. We will monitor Pearson to make sure it follows through on the commitments it has made, and can take further action if it doesn鈥檛.
