Treasury has been receiving correspondence concerning 鈥楴otice of Claim鈥�, or 鈥楴otice of Intention鈥� or household bills stamped 鈥榚xempt from levy鈥� attempting to pay bills using a National Insurance Number or Birth Certificate.

  • the registration of a birth under the provisions of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953 is simply a recording of the event of the birth
