Ovine meat model health certificates: version history

Competent authorities must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

- Attestation AW/001: renamed to AW/001A.聽
- ()[meat] ()[minced meat] has been added to the opening paragraph of the public health section of Part II of the certificate聽
- Attestation PH/E100B: replaced by PH/E100A.聽
- Attestation PH/P100: renamed PH/P100C and had information on temperatures moved to the notes for completion.聽
- Attestation PH/I001: Has been replaced by PH/I001A which has deleted 鈥榮ection 2 and section 3 of鈥� and added 鈥榓nd Regulation (EU) No 2019/624鈥� to the notes for completion.聽
- Attestation PH/MK002: ()[carcass or parts of the carcass] ()[meat] (*)[minced meat has] has been replaced by 鈥榯he products have鈥�.聽
- Attestation PH/MB001B: 鈥榯he ()[meat] ()[minced meat] has鈥� is replaced by 鈥榯he products described in part I of this certificate鈥�.聽
- Attestation PH/S101: renamed PH/S101A聽
- Attestation PH/D004 second D option has been changed to option B.聽 the notes for completion have been amended to reflect this change.聽
- Part III notes for completion Part I box reference I.28: Removed 鈥榗uts/pieces鈥� added 鈥榩roducts and, for chilled minced meat indicate the use by date (dd/mm/yyyy).鈥櫬�
- 鈥楻etained鈥� has been changed to 鈥楢ssimilated鈥� throughout the certificate.
