The European Commission have published 2 proposals on . The aim of the proposals is to reduce barriers to the growth of cross-border e-commerce in the European Union as part of the digital single market.
We鈥檙e seeking views on the impact the proposals will have on existing UK law, business and consumers. As such the call for views will be of most interest to:
- law groups
- businesses
- business representatives
- consumer groups
