If you think your immigration adviser has given you poor advice or an inadequate service, you can complain to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) by completing this form and uploading it to our .

You can complain about any adviser, solicitor or barrister 鈥� even if you didn鈥檛 find them through the IAA.

Please note that each complaint is assessed on its individual circumstances, and outcomes may vary.

This form is part of the IAA鈥檚 complaints scheme.
