This is Sir Michael鈥檚 last Annual Report as Her Majesty鈥檚 Chief Inspector.

The report is underpinned by the findings of almost 25,000 inspections of schools, colleges and providers of early years and further education and skills. These inspections provide a unique evidence base for the report鈥檚 conclusions.
