Introduction
The Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) has updated the following open general licence:
This licence has been revised to better align with the US excluded technologies list. This includes the use of references to US terms, such as 鈥榤anufacturing know-how鈥�, 鈥榙esign methodology鈥� and 鈥榚ngineering analysis鈥� to allow the scope of excluded technologies to be narrowed. Definitions for these terms are included in the licence.
