Details

On 29 November 2022, Ofqual formally issued Pearson with a notice requiring it to pay costs of 拢6,261.68. This relates to the decision to impose a fine of 拢150,000 on Pearson on the same date, in respect of issuing incorrect certificates in 2017 and 2018.
