Brazil: note on consular certificates

The British Embassy and British Consulates and Honorary Consulates across Brazil will no longer issue the "Consular Certificate".

From February 1st 2014, the British Embassy in Brasilia and British Consulates and Honorary Consulates across Brazil will no longer issue the 鈥淐onsular Certificate鈥� or 鈥淐茅dula de Inscri莽茫o Consular鈥� to British nationals.
