Details
The fourth commissioner鈥檚 report sets out the continued progress made to stabilise the council鈥檚 finances, and to strengthen the council鈥檚 scrutiny and governance processes. Having delivered a balanced budget for 2018 to 2019, the council is on track to deliver a balanced budget again in 2019 to 2020. Their work continues to support the setting up of the 2 new shadow authorities from May 2020.
