The role

As an Instructor, you鈥檒l lead groups of prisoners in practical workshops on anything from carpentry and gardening to plumbing and bricklaying; sharing your workplace experience and expert knowledge.

Providing education, encouragement and support, you鈥檒l help offenders gain the invaluable skills you gained in the workplace; giving them opportunity to thrive in the community upon release, gain employment and enjoy a future free from crime.

Instructors come from a wide variety of specialisms, including building, bricklaying, carpentry, catering, clothes making, gardening, plumbing, waste management, woodwork, welding and many more.

Training
