Details

Provides 2 model trust deeds:

  • Model C, for use where an NHS Trust or Primary Care Trust or other NHS body acts as sole corporate trustee
  • Model G, for use by a general purpose NHS charity with more narrowly defined objects

The Model C trust deed is not intended to be used to create a charity for narrowly defined purposes from the unrestricted funds held by the corporate trustee. If the trustee wishes to set aside or 鈥榚armark鈥 unrestricted funds for narrowly defined purposes it should establish a 鈥榙esignated鈥 fund within the general purpose charity instead.
