NHS breast screening providers can use and adapt the relevant easy read format content from the letters above when communicating with individuals with a learning disability and others who struggle with written English.

The easy read invitation letter should be used together with a copy of the breast screening easy guide. The 3 easy read result letters 鈥� 鈥榥ormal result鈥�, 鈥榬ecall to assessment鈥� and 鈥榯echnical recall鈥� 鈥� can be used and adapted as appropriate according to the person鈥檚 screening result.
