This comment appears if a sample is uploaded and matched to a record after it has already been marked as either 鈥榙eclined鈥� or 鈥榤other cannot be located鈥�. The system is requesting that this is reviewed as it is not expecting a sample to be loaded or matched if a patient has either declined screening or the mother could not be located to screen the baby.
