Application for approval聽to acquire land and interests in land and to temporarily use land in connection with the construction of the scheduled and authorised works.聽Approval is also sought for the closure of聽Tackley level crossing.聽

Works will include the diversion or redesignation of the status of certain public roads, footpaths,聽bridleways, restricted聽byways or byways open to all traffic, construction of new streets and the creation of new rights of way.

Network Rail鈥檚 plans to close Sandy Lane and Yarnton level crossings remain under consideration.
