This procedure defines how requests for information must be handled to ensure the NDA complies with the requirements and legal obligations of the:

  • Freedom of Information Act 2000
  • Environmental Information Regulations 2004
  • NDA Openness and Transparency Policy
  • Data Protection Act 1998
