Sets out the government鈥檚 interim economic and non-economic evidence to the Low Pay Commission (LPC) on national minimum wage (NMW) policy issues. Provides evidence on issues relevant to the LPC鈥檚 task of monitoring, evaluating and reviewing the NMW and its impact and making recommendations. Focuses on reviewing the labour market position of young people but also includes other remit issues such as apprenticeships and benefit reform.
