This report looks at the government鈥檚 evidence and analysis on the enforcement of the National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage. The evidence helps monitor, evaluate and review minimum wage enforcement and compliance. It also contains our response to the 2021 Low Pay Commission recommendations.
