Introduction

The following links provide access to providers of enrichment activities, such as those included in the Department for Education鈥檚 (DfE) template, as well as resources you can use to help generate ideas for activities.

Action for Children

is an Action for Children campaign for improving young people鈥檚 emotional wellbeing, offering advice on how to support your child and look after yourself.

Council for Learning Outside the Classroom

contain a range of resources from various organisations offering children experiences outside the classroom.

Every Child Should

has lots of information and resources related to passport/bucket list approaches.

Girlguiding

and contain examples of activities to try out outside of the classroom.

#iwill campaign

is a Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues publication in collaboration with the #iwill campaign and 100 Headteachers, Principals and Senior Leaders in schools and colleges across the UK who embed youth social action in their school culture and practice so that all of their students are involved.

The resource includes case studies of the schools and colleges involved within it, which have ideas to inspire schools around youth social action.

National Trust

is a list of 50 activities for primary-aged children to try, encouraging them to get outside, explore and discover.

ParentKind

offers support for parents on learning at home and the value of linking it to the curriculum.

Scouts

has details of local groups where you can get involved.
