This document has been created to provide information for MHCS staff and those working directly with restricted patients to outline the requirements and expectations with regard to MAPPA arrangements in conjunction with the MHCS鈥� responsibility to discharge of the Secretary of State鈥檚 functions under the Mental Health Act (1983).
