The Department for Business and Trade has commissioned this report into public authorities鈥� experiences of subsidy control under the UK鈥揈U Trade and Cooperation Agreement (which applied to subsidies given between 2021聽and 4 January 2023). This analysis will serve as a baseline for DBT鈥檚 future monitoring and evaluation exercises on the Subsidy Control Act.
