Details of gifts given over 拢140, gifts received over 拢140, hospitality received, overseas travel and meetings with external organisations for Foreign & Commonwealth Office ministers.

鈥楬ospitality received鈥� does not normally include attendance at functions hosted by the government; 鈥榙iplomatic鈥� functions in the UK or abroad, hosted by overseas governments; minor refreshments at meetings, receptions, conferences and seminars; and offers of hospitality which were declined.

鈥楳eetings with external organisations鈥� does not normally include meetings with government bodies such as other government departments, NDPBs, non-ministerial departments, agencies, government reviews and representatives of Parliament, devolved or foreign governments.
