Arrangements for additional funding of up to 拢3 million per year allocated to the UK government鈥檚 financial support scheme (SMarT) for merchant navy seafarer training between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2016.

This notice replaces MIN 470 and should be read with MGN 455

MIN 486 has since been extended and remains valid for the foreseeable future

The new email address (part 7.7 of MIN 486) for the MNTP has been changed to [email protected]
