This guidance note should be read in conjunction with MSN 1781 (as amended) 鈥� The Merchant shipping regulations 1996: COLREG, MGN 313 鈥� Keeping a Safe Navigational Watch on Fishing Vessels, MGN 315 鈥� Keeping a Safe Navigational Watch on Merchant Vessels and MGN 379 (as amended) 鈥� Navigation: Use of Electronic Navigation Aids.聽 This guidance note replaces MGN 369 which has been revoked.
