The 鈥楳erchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations 1997鈥� replace the 鈥楳erchant Shipping (Health and Safety: General Duties) Regulations鈥�. They have a wider scope than the regulations that they replace. This supersedes Notice 1398.
