Methods of calculating greenhouse gas emissions explains the 鈥榓ctual value鈥� and 鈥榙efault value鈥� methods for calculating lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions associated with the production of biomethane from biogas.
Calculating fugitive methane emissions sets out how applicants can report their fugitive methane emissions as part of the 鈥榓ctual value鈥� method set out in the main Methods document.
The GGSS greenhouse gas calculator (and associated user guide) is for calculating the greenhouse gas emissions of biomethane injected into the grid, using the 鈥榓ctual value鈥� method.
