This series of maps shows the locations of UK Meteorological Office weather stations which monitor and measure different weather conditions. They share the data they collect with聽DESNZ, which cover:

  • temperature and heating degree days
  • wind speed
  • sun hours
  • rainfall

DESNZ聽publishes the data on a monthly and quarterly basis in聽Energy Trends聽and on an annual basis in the聽Digest of UK Energy Statistics (DUKES).
