The first letter is from UK Export Finance鈥檚 (UKEF) Chief Executive and Accounting Officer to the Secretary of State for International Trade. It states that the provision of UKEF support in Ukraine can no longer be accommodated under UKEF鈥檚 normal underwriting criteria and to maintain the current country limit of 拢3.5bn would require an instruction from ministers.

The second letter is from the DIT Secretary of State to the UKEF Chief Executive and Accounting Officer. It confirms the ministerial direction to retain UKEF鈥檚 market limit for Ukraine at 拢3.5bn in the national interest.
