The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) closed on 31 March 2025. All activity has moved to the Department for Education (DfE). You should continue to follow this guidance.
The table below details proposed maintenance windows for the LRS Organisation Portal and compatibility environments. This is to be used for application releases, operational changes and any essential work needed to maintain or improve the service.
Note: From February onwards the days for the releases have changed.听LRS maintenance will be on Thursdays starting at 9am. Typically releases take 2 to 3 hours to complete.

Note: We will endeavour to complete our activities within these agreed dates, however, there may be occasions where it is necessary to implement further change windows outside of this schedule.
