The London Partners鈥� plans for transforming health and care provision across the nation鈥檚 capital are supported by the government and national health system bodies.
Their plans will help to secure improvements in the health and wellbeing of London鈥檚 diverse 8.6 million residents, addressing inequalities in health outcomes and reshaping healthcare provision across the city, in line with the aspirations of the .
A was signed on 16 November 2017 by government and the Mayor of London, the London councils, NHS England, NHS Improvement, Public Health England and the London Clinical Commissioning Groups.
The memorandum builds on the 2015 London Health and Care Collaboration Agreement. It represents a commitment by these organisations to work together to improve health and care in Greater London.
