The Improvement and Assurance Panel鈥檚 eighth report (April 2024) and subsequent letter (November 2024) provide an update on the Council鈥檚 progress to date. The letter and report note developments in the Council鈥檚 progress towards reform and recovery, particularly improved governance, leadership and service delivery, but significant concerns surrounding its long-term financial sustainability remain.
