  1. Added emergency measures agreement.

  2. Amendments to Clause 2 (definitions) to add 16-17 Saver to the definition of 鈥淚nter-Operator Schemes鈥� in Clause 2.1 and Schedule 5.5 (Regulation of Individual Fares) to add the definition ROUND to Paragraph 2.1.

  3. Various dates updated in the Franchise Agreement.

  4. Agreement updated to reflect extension of the Franchise Term by 3 rail periods to 1 April 2019 (plus a 3 rail period option) and a small contract change to ensure London & South Eastern Railway Ltd makes proper apportionment of the accounts.

  5. Amendments to several parts regarding additional reporting periods plus inclusion 3 optional additional reporting periods.
