The toolkit provides regulatory services with a detailed process for developing good indicators to assess the results of their operations and displaying the information gathered in a way that aids understanding. The report supplies the background context. It evaluated the work of regulatory services and addressed a perceived lack of knowledge among policy makers of the added value they provide.
